(NASDAQ: TEDU) (“Tarena” or the “Company”), a leading provider of quality adult vocational and children’s education services and teens in China, today announced that its board of directors (“the board”) has authorized a share buyback program under which the company may purchase up to US $ 2.5 million of its shares over the next six months (the “Share Buyback Program”).

Redemptions offered by the Company may be made from time to time through open market transactions at prevailing market prices, privately traded transactions, block transactions and / or other legally permitted means, depending on market conditions and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. .
