Muncie, IN — The Youth Opportunity Center is proud to announce the promotion of Ashley Williams to the position of Director of Program Services.
His primary responsibility as the Director of Program Services is to oversee the program’s chain of services, including the Residential Director, the Director of TASC (Treatment of Adolescents in Secure Care), the Director of Support Services and the Director of Adolescents in Secure Care. admissions.
Ashley started her job at the YOC in 2003. She most recently served as the Director of the TASC Program, to which she credits her ability to refine her decision-making skills from a macro perspective, taking into account how decisions and decisions are made. daily activities affect the organization. in general. Ashley is also part of the YOC management team and is part of senior management. She is currently working to complete her Masters of Public Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
“Ashley has been the Director of TASC for the past 6 years and has been a key player for the YOC. She is a skilled administrator and a positive leader. The Youth Opportunity Center (YOC) is a nationally accredited, non-profit behavioral treatment center serving children and youth across Indiana. Founded in 1992, the YOC, in partnership with regional agencies, offers a complementary range of services on its 75-acre campus, including residential and outpatient counseling, an accredited on-site school, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), a juvenile court, a day treatment program, and juvenile detention.
